Community Nursing Care is designed for NDIS participants who need regular clinical support delivered in the comfort of their own home.
Our qualified nurses work closely with you, your family, and your support team to ensure you receive the medical care you need—safely, respectfully, and with dignity.
We assist participants with:
- Wound care and dressing
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Continence assessment and management
- Chronic disease support (e.g. diabetes, asthma)
- Stoma and catheter care
- Clinical assessments and care planning
